1.Strict Raw Material Inspection We strictly check all hat fabrics, threads, buckles and accessories before production. Only qualified raw materials are allowed into mass production to avoid quality problems from the source. 2.Full-Production Process Quality Control We conduct on-site quality checks in every procedure: cutting, sewing, embroidery, printing, embossing and ironing. Defective products are picked out immediately during processing. 3.Advanced Production Equipment Guarantee We adopt Japanese imported embroidery machines, laser cutting and high-frequency embossing devices. Precise machines ensure neat stitching, clear embroidery and perfect hat shaping. 4.100% Finished Product Final Inspection Every finished hat goes through strict manual inspection for appearance, size, workmanship and durability. Company History

Dongguan Qiyu Apparel Co., Ltd., a professional integrated manufacturer specialized in all kinds of headwear, was officially registered and founded in August 2017 in Shipai Town, Dongguan City ## 2017–2018: Startup & Foundation Building In the initial stage, our core team accumulated decades of hands-on experience in hat design, sample development and foreign trade sales. We launched a small-scale production workshop focusing on OEM custom baseball caps and promotional blank hats, targeting domestic offline retailers and small cross-border merchants from Europe and North America. ## 2019–2021: Capacity Expansion & Global Market Layout Driven by fast-growing overseas orders, we expanded our production workshop and recruited more professional tailors, bringing frontline production staff up to over 40 people. ## 2022–2024: Standardized Certification & Sustainable Customization Upgrade To meet strict overseas market access standards, we passed BSCI factory audit ## 2025–Present: Branded Factory Development & Dual Domestic & Overseas Market Deepening In recent years, we have accelerated balanced development of both export and domestic Chinese markets.
